Glendemar Farm

Glendemar Farm is the home to Glendemar MPM, a progressive and innovative Merino seedstock prouder. Glendemar is run by Ben and Cheryl Duxson and their two children Ava and Jimmy.
Ben is the 6th generation of Duxson’s to manage the farm.

Glendemar MPM has a well-established clientele, that is based in all states of Australia, along with a grower relationships with South American countries, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and the Falkland Island.

Glendemar is situated at the northern end of the Pyrenees ranges, at the foothills of Mt Bolangum. We use rotational grazing techniques with improved and natural pastures. We grow cereal grains; wheat, oats and barley alongside canola.

We aim to provide a sustainable and ecological sound production system that cares for the land and the sheep that graze it. Our commitment to animal welfare and the care of our sheep comes through having plain body, easy care merino’s that require minimal labour and chemical requirements.

Glendemar Farm was named 2016 Sheep Farmer of the Year.
